ApexStack today announced the incorporation of ApexStack Inc., its new U.S. entity established in the State of Delaware on May 8, 2026. The new entity marks a strategic milestone in the company's global operating structure for enterprise AI solutions.
From its Korea headquarters, ApexStack has expanded across AI Transformation (AX), AWS managed services (MSP), and custom enterprise system development. The newly incorporated ApexStack Inc., registered as a Delaware C Corporation, will directly serve enterprise customers in North America and establish the legal foundation for future global partnerships and investment.

Direct Engagement With North American Enterprises
With the new entity in place, ApexStack can now offer North American customers contracting, billing, and support under a local U.S. entity. This simplifies the previously indirect structure routed through the Korea HQ and addresses local compliance and procurement requirements.
